Everyday
The guardians have the responsibility for the care, but because you are not at the daycare, the daily routine is always planned together with the staff.
Primary responsibility for the care lies with the guardians. Each child has their own care plan. The children's diabetes clinic arranges training for daycare staff.

In small children, insulin is usually given after the meal or based on how much has actually been eaten. Agree with the clinic on a routine: first offer food, then count the carbs, then dose. Never force the child to eat — the risk of a low rises if insulin has already been given and the child does not eat.
